Membership Categories available: Full Membership, Associate Membership and Individual Membership. The fee is established by the CIB Board and confirmed by the CIB General Assembly and paid annually.
The Membership Fee system is benefit-based, Organizational Members choose the most appropriate Membership Category according to the level of Member Benefits required.

All Members are invoiced the Membership Fee according to their chosen Membership Category and the registered number of Commission Memberships for that year. The maximum number for a Full Members is 36, Associate Members 18, Individual Members 2.
Membership is automatically renewed each calendar year, unless cancelled in writing 3 months before year end.
Memberships Purchased during July 2021-September 2021 – 50% Discount will be applied to the 2021 Membership fee.
Memberships Purchased October 2021-December 31, 2021 will expire December 31, 2022.
Discount for eligible countries
A reduction is offered of 50% to all fees for Members in countries with a GNIpc less than USD 1000 and a reduction of 25% to all fees for Members in countries with a GNIpc between USD 1000-7000, as defined by the World Bank (see here).
